How to test the heat transfer performance of Boiler Fin Tubes?
Common testing methods include laboratory simulation testing and on-site operation testing. In laboratory testing, a test bench is used to simulate the boiler’s operating conditions (temperature, pressure, medium flow rate), and the heat transfer coefficient is calculated by measuring the inlet and outlet temperatures of the medium inside and outside the tube. In on-site testing, during the boiler’s normal operation, the actual heat transfer effect is evaluated by monitoring the flue gas temperature drop and the water/steam temperature rise, and comparing it with the design value.

It is designed and manufactured in compliance with ASME, ISO9001:2015, ISOEN3834 standards. It is available in customized sizes and thicknesses to meet the requirements of different customers. It is packaged in Iron frame Packing, Wooden Cases, Pallet, etc. for safe transportation. The minimum order quantity is 3 TONS and the price is negotiable. The delivery time depends on the quantity and the payment terms are 30% after contract and balance 70% before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight. The supply ability is 100 tons/Month.
Packing and Shipping
